At Fanime Con / Clockwork Alchemy - Sunday
made the bloomers from over sized pinstriped pants, added panels to make them fuller. and the belt was made from a skirt that had a subtle woven stripe pattern (which really does not photograph well!). made the bustle/curtain/ butt cape and attached it to the bloomers. the cuffs are one i made for a previous cosplay, and everything else are things i already had.
